I had a few days off in Palm Springs last week following a shoot for a Vancouver client in San Diego and decided to head up to Joshua Tree National Park. All that I can say about Joshua Tree Natioinal Park is wow – well worth the 45 minute drive from Pam Springs. The park features the unique Joshua tree surrounded by unusual rock formations. It is quite the experience to see and hike. As you work you way through the windy roads I found myself wondering how rocks are positioned as such and stay where they are. I shot in full daylight and then got up one morning at 3 AM to witness the landscape under moonlight and then sunrise. Well worth getting up for. This park is definitely a bucket list item to see.
